通过对临床微循环图像的分析,采用计算机图像处理和分析技术,定量提取球结膜微循环多功能参数指标。详细介绍了球结膜微循环图像处理的基本原理和方法;阐述了微血管管径、密度、毛细血管扩散距离、灌流比、步进法测流速等各项指标的提取方法,并将该方法应用于临床高血压病人的微循环综合评价。

The Clinical microcirculation image was analysed by computer image processing. Described collecting image, pretreating image and extracting index from microcirculation image. Developed a series of methods for image processing. Found a method of 'STEP BY STEP REPLAYING IMAGE' for measuring blood velocity. Discussed the acquired methods and their clinical meanings of exchange diffusion, microcirculatory perfusion, density of arteriole and venula, and so on. Also 60 hypertension patients and 30 normal groups was processed by processing methods, the conclusion would provide some information for the microcirculation comprehensive evaluation of hypertension patients.
