脂肪酸通过改变免疫细胞膜的组成,细胞内信使传递和细胞因子来调节免疫细胞的功能。n-6系多不饱和脂肪酸具有免疫抑制作用,n-3系多不饱和脂肪酸可以部分抵销这种免疫抑制作用。
Fatty acids may medulate immune cell function by their effects upon the cell membrane composition, cytokines and intracellular regulatory mechanisms. N-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA)had an immunosuppressive effect, while n-3 PUFA could partly weaken the immunosuppression of n-6 PUFA.
