摘要
按照疾病的分类,我们研究了1222例眼球结膜微循环(BCM),从监视器上获得BCM指标,其内容有: 1.健康成人的BCM3种;2.微血管周围的改变6种;3.微血管的改变11种;4.流态的改变6种;5.局部病变7种。以上总共33种变化制成57张图片,在图片上附加解说和注明临床意义。
A research of the 1222 cases on bulbar conjuncative microcirculation (BCM) are reported. According to the diseases' etiology, we have arranged all patient under categories. Fronm the monitor of the video tape recorder, we have got some indication of BCM, it contains: 1. BCM on healthy adult, 2. six kinds of peripheral changes on microvessel, 3. eleven changes on microvessels, 4. eight changes of flow condition, 5. seven kinds of the local pathological changes with BCM. As mention above, there are 33 kinds of the change altogther, we have made 57 pictures and added some explanation with the clinical meaning.
