固相放射免疫分析法检测ABO血型

Determination of ABO Blood Groups by Solid Phase Radioimmunoassay

固相放射免疫分析(Solid Phase Radioimmurloflssay，RIA)是一种既具有抗原抗体相结合的特异性好，又具有放射性同位素的灵敏度高的优点的方法。设法在其他学科中已得到某些应用，但在法医生物学领域中尚未见报道。本实验对该法在血液的ABO血型测定的应用作了初步探讨。

This paper reported a very sensitive,precise and rapid method for detecting ABO blood groups.We used anti-A and anti-B McAb as the first antibodies and^(125)Ⅰ-labelled antl-mouse IgG the second anti- body.The sensitivity of this method could reach 1:5000 dilution,and the blind test of all samples were correct.These results showed that SPRIA should be practical used in identifying blood group antigens from bloodstain,saliva,semen,etc.
