摘要 用茚三酮一氯化锌的氟利昂溶液显现自纸上的潜在指纹,是美国Herod等报导的方法,也是目前国内外公认的最好方法。但药品的载体剂氟利昂目前周内未有生产。进口的价格昂贵,购买困难,不利于推广。本实验曲研究目的,就是寻找合适的国产廉价试剂,以代替氟利昂,蹦便使上述显现方法在阿内得到应用和推广。 It is generally acknowledged at home and abroad that developing latent fingerprints on white paper with ninhydrin and zinc chloride is the most effectice method. Unfortunately, up to now the carrying solvent of the above two reagents fluorisol has not been produced at home, and the imported fluorisol is very expensive and difficult to purchase. The authors of this paper used chloroform to replace fluorisol acting as the carrying solvent of ninhydrin and zinc chloride. The development results between the above two carrying solvents were compared with a large number samples and treated by statistics (P>0.10). Thus, it was verified that chloroform could be used instead of fluorisol serving as the carrying solvent of ninhydrin and zinc chloride. The authors of this paper also used another solvent methanol to replace fluorisol in developing atent fingerprints experiment, and the development results showed that methanol may be used instead of fluorisol too.
