摘要
为了优化188W-188Re发生器的制备工艺,对188W-188Re发生器的制备及质量控制进行了研究,并测定 了188W在Al2O3上的吸附容量。结果表明:发生器淋洗效率大于85%,188W漏穿率小于10-6,188Re放射性核 纯度大于99.90%,放化纯度大于99%,洗脱液细菌、细菌内毒素含量合格。
To optimize the preparation process of 188W-188Re generator, preparation and quality control of 188W-188Re generator are studied and the adsorption capacity of 188W on Al2O3 is determined. The results show that the elution efficiency of 188W-188Re generator is greater than 85%, the breakthrough of I88W is less than 10-6, radionuclide purity is greater than 99. 90% and radiochemical purity is greater than 99%. The contents of Bacteria and endotoxin in eluate are qualitified.
