摘要
本文系统地介绍对JZK50/50—15型真空挤泥机绞刀主轴、气动离合器等零部件的优化设计,提高了设备功能,从而使生产能力较JZK50/45—20型真空挤泥机提高20%,成本降低4.5万元.
This article reports systematically optimazation design of JZK 50/50-15 vacuum extruders' worm-axle, pneumatic clutch, spare-parts etc. As a result, it improves equipments function. increasing production capacity of IZK 50/45-20 vacuum extruder as much as 20%, in the meanwhile decreasing production cost by 45 000 yuan.
