通过对采用半干法压制硅酸盐砖的机理研究,探讨砖坯密实度和砖坯强度、成品砖的强度和压制时间之间的关系;单位压制力和砖坯密实度、坯料受压沉陷值及在压制过程压力降之间的关系等.介绍了国内外压砖机不同的压制时间.
Through mechanism study of semi-stiff pressed calcium-silicate bricks, This article investigates the relation between green density and green strength as well as that between fired brick strength and time of pressing. It also investigates the relation between unit pressure and green density, green material under pressure, settlement and pressure loss during the pressing process. Besides it lists time of pressing of various presses manufactured home and abroad.
