The paper aims to investigate the medical education system at School of Medicine, Yale University, and discuss its educational philosophy, objective, system, model, curriculum system,structure and academic training system, compared with those in our country. We should provide medical students with more practice opportunities, reduce their passive infusion, and ignite their activeness and enthusiasms. Meanwhile,we should also increase the academic level and create an excellent academic environment for students. Yale?'s successful experiences are precious for culturing medical talents for hospitals and constructing the firs-class universities in the future.
