摘要
我国高校档案工作人员存在着结构总体上不尽合理的现象,主要表现为专业结构失衡、知识结构单一滞后和年龄结构老化,针对这些问题有必要在争取领导和职能部门重视和支持的同时,认真制定群体结构优化的目标、战略和计划,努力创造一个有利于档案人才成长的良好环境,加快档案人才的引进、培养,实现档案工作人员群体结构的动态优化。
The structure of archivists at colleges and universities in China is illogical as a whole, which appears as unbalance of professional structure, singleness and lag of knowledge structure and aging of age structure. The solutions to the problems are to try for emphasis and support of leaders and functional departments, establish the target, strategy and plan of group structure optimization, create a sound environment in favor of improvement of talents, speed up attraction and training of talents and implement the dynamic optimization of archivist group structure.
