论档案信息化建设的发展策略

On Development Strategy of Archive Informatization

目前档案信息化建设中存在着思想认识不到位,投入不足,地区发展不平衡,软件系统及其应用相对薄弱,信息化人才匮乏等问题。要解决这些问题,管理部门应建设一支适应档案信息化发展需要的干部队伍,激励各业务岗位上的人才最大限度地发挥自己的才智和创造力,制定信息化标准体系,为档案信息化建设奠定有利基础;建立档案信息资源数据库,加大信息化基础设施的投入,为档案信息化建设提供保障。

At present, in construction of archive informatization, there exist incomplete understanding, lack of money, imbalance of regional development, relative weak software system and application and lack of information talents. To solve the problems, management departments ought to train talents adjusting to needs of informatization development, urge talents to bring into play their abilities, wisdoms and creativities, set up the standard system of informatization to establish favorable foundation, build data of information resources and increase investment on infrastructure to ensure the construction of archive informatization.
