摘要
报告了ALLo-BMT 26例,ABMT 14例及化学药物治疗(CT)26例对急性白血病缓解后治疗或慢粒白血病慢性期或加速期的疗效比较;Allo-BMT治疗结果相似,两组无明显差别,Allo-BMT组及ABMT组疗效均比化疗(CT)组为好,有统计学意义。用Kaplan Meier曲线计算患者三年生存率,Allo-BMT组、ABMT组及CT组分别为68.2%、41.8%及21.2%。Allo-BMT组与ABMT组两者无明显差别。但他们均比CT组患者疗效好,且有统计学意义。结果认为ALLo-BMT疗效要比ABMT好,ABMT又比CT效果好,并对有关问题略作讨论。
Twenty--six cases of leukemia patients treated with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (Allo--BMT), 14 patients were treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation,26 case were treated with chemotherapy (CT). The results as Table We think Allo--BMT superion to ABMT and superion to CT in the treatment of leukemia.
