摘要
对17例恶性肿瘤患者进行了以化疗为预处理方案的自体骨髓移植。除第1例为全髓冷冻保存外,其余患者的骨髓有核细胞经程控降温后置于-196℃液氮中行深低温冻存。结果:除1位患者于+7天死于急性左心衰外,余16例均获成功。
We did autologous bone marrow transplantation for 17 cases of malignant carcinomas by using chemotherapy as the only preparation regimen. Except whole, marrow refrigeration for the first patient,bone marrow nucleated cells of the rest cases were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen at -196℃ after controlled freezing. The results were successful in 16 cases of them but one died of acute heart failure.
