摘要
采用正交试验方法,以甲苯为稀释剂,探讨了高取代度乙基纤维素一步法合成的反应机理及工艺条件,并采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物分子结构进行了鉴定表征。以27g纤维素为基准,优选出一步法合成最佳工艺条件为甲苯用量180g,氢氧化钠溶液质量浓度60%,氯乙烷用量477.5g,反应温度140℃,反应时间13h,该条件下,乙氧基含量(质量分数)可达44.8%。
The reaction mechanism and technology of preparation of the title one-step highly substituted cellulose with toluene as diluent is developed by orthogonal experiments. The structure of product is characterized by use of IR and H 1 NMR. It is found that the optimum technical conditions are: (based on 27 grams of cellulose) toluene 180 g, concentration of NaOH solution 60% (m/m), ethyl chloride 477.5 g, at 140 ℃for 13 h, the ethoxy content can be up to 44.8% (m/m).
