本文首次报道了羊肚菌菌丝在９种琼脂培养基、５种固体培养料种、７种液体培养液中的生长情况，获得了培养羊肚菌菌种的最佳配方和１种静置培养液体菌种的新技术。

This article first reported the growth of the mycelium of morel on 9 formulas for making the agarmediums, 5 solid mediums mediums and 7 liquid mediums. The results shows the best formulas for making mediums ofthe mother culture, primary spawn, culture spawn and liquid spawn of the Morchella sp. and sbtained a methodof making the liquie spawn used static cultured of edible mushrooms.
