Water Environment in the Cities Along the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

论述结合南水北调工程搞好沿线城市水环境建设,提高城市品位和竞争能力的思路。提出了按照城市定位研究规划,以科学发展观审视规划,建设生态水网完善规划,用发展眼光补充规划,突出城市特色提升规划,完善建管机制落实规划等对策措施。

To improve water environment in the cities along the South-North Water Transfer Project, to achieve the goals for cities' competitiveness, the paper proposed some countermeasures when making cities developing plans; should be based on cities' sizes, and check the plans from the point of view of the scientific development thus to stress cities' features.
