南水北调东线泵站全站运行效率分析

Analysis on Total Station Operating Efficiency of the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project

基于对江苏省江水北调典型泵站近10年运行数据的分析,提出必须建立泵站全站效率的概念(η全站),对其中各个单项效率的形成和数值进行了分析,指出目前东线工程规划取用的泵站运行效率值明显偏高,在实际运行时难以达到,据此效率测算的运行成本将明显偏低。本文结论供南水北调东线工程规划和运行参考。

Based on the statistical analysis of typical station operating data of Water Diversion Project from the Yangtze River to the Northern Part of Jiangsu Province in recent ten years, the paper indicates that the concept on total station operating efficiency should be set up, and the concept and efficiency value of some monomial efficiency are analyzed. It also points out that the operating efficiency value of pumping station used in the layout of the Eastern Route of South-North Water Diversion Project is obviously too high to be achieved in practice, and the practical operating cost based on total pumping station efficiency is obviously lower than the layout before. The paper is for reference in the layout and operation of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
