摘要
白洋淀如今面临着严重的生态危机,为了解决这一问题,首先从白洋淀的生态环境需水量入手来研究,然后分析自洋淀的入淀量,得出跨流域调水势在必行。
The Baiyangdian Lake is facing zoological crisis. To settle down the problem, we have studied it from eco-environmental water requirement and water quantity entering the Baiyangdian Lake, and get the conclusion for transferring water through basins is pressing.
