通过对千河流域冯家山水库主体工程抗洪能力在除险加固前后对比介绍,阐述了冯家山水库防汛工作的极端重要性,发表了今后加强防汛工作的几点见解,值得相关水库防汛参考。
The paper illustrates the flood control update project in the Feng-jia-shan Reservoir, makes comparison with the works before the strengthening, and puts forward some new ideas about future flood control.
