摘要
在对沈阳市因大量使用塑包装袋引起的白色污染现状的基础上,针对塑料包装袋引起的白色污染对环境的危害及产生原因,结合国家有关政策和固体废弃物控制方面的经验,文中把控制生产和消费作为控制白色污染的措施而提出来。
Based on investigation into the plastic film pollution from plastic bags(herein as white pollution) in ShenYang,the status of plastic output and consumption were discussed in this paper,further countermeasures against white pollution from using plastic bags and practical suggestions suitable to present situation in ShenYang were putforward in accordance with the experience in control of solid waste.
