摘要
以分光光度法测定亚硝酸盐氮标准曲线为例,运用最小二乘法对标准曲线测定结果进行线性回归,确定曲线的a,b值,带入回归方程,经查相关系数检验表,r计算0.9999>r表0.878,相关系数显著。并对如何准确测定该曲线进行了探讨。
This Paper deals with the method of applying least squares procedure for defining a,b values in standard curve of nitrite nitrogen via the linear regression,as shown in spectrophotometry.By qutting a,b into regression equation for verifying r value,it derives that v calculate=0.9999>v surface=0.878,thus giving obvious correlative coefficient.In addition,discussion has been made below of how to determine sudh a standard curve.
