摘要
合成了2种新5溴水杨醛亚胺Schiff碱配体及其与铜(Ⅱ)的2种新配合物,其结构与组成由元素分析和红外光谱所表征。初步抑菌实验表明,这4种化合物对多种菌株有明显的抑菌活性,且比结构改造前的水杨醛亚胺合铜(Ⅱ)配合物具有抗菌谱广、活性高等特点。
Two types of new Schiff base and their coordination compounds of copper(Ⅱ) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. These complexes have been tested for their antibacterial activities. Primary results show that they all display significant antibacterial activities towards many types of bacteria.
