摘要 在介绍了普通铸造耐磨钢铁材料存在着韧性和耐磨性不足的基础上,提出了用含有高韧性马氏体和高硬度硼化物的高硼铁基铸造耐磨合金取代普通铸造耐磨钢铁材料的设想,着重介绍了高硼铸造耐磨合金的成分、组织、性能及其应用,指出了高硼铸造耐磨合金研究和应用中存在的问题,最后提出了开发高硼铸造耐磨合金值得重视的若干问题。 Considering that the toughness and abrasion resistance of common wear resistant cast iron and steel is relatively low, the author put forward a new idea to use wear resistant high boron iron-base cast alloy containing high toughness martensite and high hardness boride as a substitute for common wear resistant cast iron and steel. In particular, the composition, structure, properties of the high boron wear resistant cast alloys and their application was introduced. The problems existing in research and application of the high boron wear resistant alloys were pointed out, and the problems should be paid attention in developing the high boron wear resistant alloys were put forward.
