摘要
对实型铸件分层缺陷的特征及其形成机理进行了分析,认为在各种因素中,阶梯式浇注系统底层内浇道截面积小于直浇道截面积是分层缺陷形成的原因。提高金属液浇注温度及改进涂料,选用低密度泡沫塑料作模样材料对避免产生分层缺陷有帮助。
The features and formation mechanism of the peel-back defects of full mold castings were analyzed. It’s considered that of all factors the total section area of the bottom layer ingates of the step type gating system was smaller than that of the sprue is the key reason causing peel-back defects and rising pouring temperature using improved coating and adopting low density styrofoam patterns is helpful measures to prevent the defects.
