珠江三角洲水土资源开发利用问题与对策

Preliminary Study on Exploitation of the Water and Soil Resources and its Environmental Problems in the Zhujiang Delta

本文全面分析了珠江三角洲水土资源开发利用的现状，阐明了水土资源开发利用中出现的环境问题及原因。因此，提出了该地区水土资源进一步合理开发利用的对策。

In the paper, the condition of exploitation of the water and soil resources at present and its environment problems in the Zhujiang Delta are analyzed. Some measures for further exploiting the water and soil resources are advanced as follows: 1) In order to eliminate the water disaster and utilize the water resource fully, four main managements such as Longtan electric power, etc. should be made at the moment. 2) The soil resource must be arranged well and utilized fully,especially,the land utilization for grain and sugarcane should be adjusted; the enclosure to the seabeach resource should be planned scientifically and the exploitation of the estate must be tightened up. 3) The pollution must be prevented and cured to make the environment fine, so more attention must be paid to control the pollution of spots and to develop ecological agriculture.
