摘要
根据燃气管道的工作特点,研制了一种超声波轮式探头,不需要耦合介质,采用干耦合方式。检测系统及探头装配在管道机器车上,可对管壁的厚度进行定期检测。同时,介绍了检测信号的处理方式。
According to working characteristic of gas pipe,a roller ultrasonic probe is designed,and coupling medium is not necessary.With the detection system and the probe set on a pipe machine car,pipe wall’s thickness can be detected periodically by a method of dry couple.And the proceeding method of detection signal is introduced.
