摘要
介绍了一种超声波明渠流量计。首先,阐述了三角形薄壁堰的流量计算方法,说明了超声波传感器的测量原理及以W77E58作为主控元件的超声波明渠流量计的原理、系统构成和硬件设计,最后,给出了流量计的实测数据,实验表明该流量计具有较高的准确度和可靠性,且价格低廉。
An ultrasonic open ditch flowmeter is presented.First,the flux algorithm of trigonal laminal weir ditch is given.Then,the measuring principle of the ultrasonic transducer is described.The theory and systematic structure and the design of its hardware are introduced using the MCU W77E58 as the main control component.The calibrating data is listed.This flowmeter can be used widely in many aspects with a high accuracy,credibility and low cost by the experiment.
