摘要
阐述了声表面波气压传感器的设计原理、结构及相应的遥测系统和数据采样处理系统。应用正交相位检测法,将几纳秒的时间差测量转化成较大的相位测量。采用回波幅值触发采样,有效提高采样及数据处理效率。设计的SAW气压传感器理论灵敏度可达0.7kPa,测量范围在为10~350kPa。
Design principle structure,remote-measuring system and sampling-processing system of the sensor are discussed.In order to improve the sensitivity of the wireless sensor,the method of quadrature coherent detection is used to process the signals of the reflected wave.The detection of several ns time-errors can be changed to the detection of phase.For data reduction,an asynchronous sampling is applied utilizing individually triggered sample/hold circuits.The theoretical sensitivity of SAW air sensor can reach 0.7kPa,and the measuring range is 10~ 350kPa.
