摘要
介绍全金属环状波导CO2激光器,并提出了器件的设计思路.运用电磁场理论详细分析了环状波导管内电磁场各分量方程、模式特征及其强度分布.对波导谐振腔的耦合损失也进行了简要的分析.
The annularwaveguide with all-metallic materials CO2laser and the idea of the design of laser are presented in this paper. Equations of components, field properties and intensity d istribution of the elec- tromagnetic field of the annular waveguide are analyzed in detail with the theory of the electromagnetic field. Coupling losses of the waveguide resonator is also analyzed in brief.
