摘要
在36侧成人尸体标本上,观察联合皮瓣的血供。用6侧新尸体标本,从肩胛下血管起始处灌注中华墨汁,观察皮肤的着色范围,并在背阔肌上缘、前缘、肩胛冈、腋前线和髂嵴平面第处分别切取四块皮肤做连续切片,用LUZEX-F图像分析仪观察皮瓣间微血管的形态特点,测量各层血管间的网眼密度和网眼面积。结果:①墨汁着色范围,上界至肩钾冈平面;下界至髂嵴;前界至胸大肌外侧缘;后界至后正中线。
The blood supply of the association skin flap was observed on 36 cases of adult cadavers. The staining range of skin was also observed after 6 new cadavers were injected with china ink to the subscapular artery. Four blocks(each from every place) from the superior margin and anterior margin of Latissimus dorsi,the scapular spine,anterior axillary line and iliac crest level were taken out and a serial skin sections were cut. The microvascular morphological characteristics between the association area of skin flap,and the vascular network density and area of the assiciation flap were also observed and calculated with LUZEXF image analysis system. Results:①superior demarcation of the staining range is at the level of scapular spine,inferior demarcation is at the level of the iliac spine,and the anterior demarcation is at the level of the lateral margin of pectorilis major,and the posterior demarcation is at the level of the posterior median line. ② The plentiful microvascular anastomses were observed in the skin tissue section of the crossing area among these three skin flaps.
