摘要
为探讨双胸蚓溶栓酶对神经细胞的影响及其作用机制,我们应用神经细胞体外培养技术观察了1至30日内在不同剂量双胸蚓溶栓酶作用下的Wistar胎鼠大脑神经细胞的生长发育过程。结果显示:不同剂量双胸蚓溶栓酶对神经细胞突起的数量和长度以及轴索的形成与增长均有影响。
In order to study the effect of bimastos thrombolytic enzyme (BTE) on the cerebral neurocytes the growth processes of the cerebral neurons of embryo Wistar rats were observed from the Ist day to 30th day with different dosages of BTE by cell culture in vitro. It was shown that BTE in different dosage had an effect on the quantity and length of the neuronal processes, as well as on the formation and the development of axiscylindor. It was concluded that the growth and development of cerebral neurocytes of embryo Wistar rats cultured in vitro were promoted by BTE.
