Study on breeding techniques of Chosenia arbutifolia

采用随采种随播种、并在床面上方适当设置遮荫物的方法进行钻天柳育苗,可提高苗木出苗率约15%左右,苗木质量明显好于春播苗。采用200×10-6ABT1号生根粉处理当年生嫩枝,在50%光线条件下扦插所获得的成苗率高于同期试验的其它方法,并呈采穗树龄愈小成苗率愈高的趋势。

The results of experiments for breeding Chosenia arbutifolia show that: sowing along with collecting seed and overshadowing above the seedbed can increase emerging rate about 15 per cent, and the seedlings quality is better than spring sowing apparently; using No.1 ABT rooting powder (200×10^(-6)) to treat annual shoots and plant then into soil under 50 per cent of the full sun, the emerging rate is higher than other methods applied in simultaneous contrast.And then trend is the younger of cutting trees the higher of the emerging rate.
