本文从经济全球化的发展趋势谈起,认为经济全球化对发展中国家来说,机遇与挑战并存,特别是对发展中国家的国家安全构成冲击与威胁,当代国家安全的内涵发生变化,不仅仅指军事安全,而是包括经济安全、政治安全、以及信息安全、文化安全等在内的综合安全我国在应对经济全球化的过程中,不能只限于对外部世界的消极防范,而必须将国家安全与国内的改革、发展和稳定联系起来,同时转变传统观念,建立稳健的制度体系,建立公正合理的国际政治经济新秩序,国家安全才会有坚实的保障。
