摘要 为了解木素磺酸盐作为添加剂对水煤浆成浆性能的影响,通过测定其在煤—水界面的吸附等温线研究了木素磺酸盐的相对分子质量、金属阳离子溶液及煤水悬浮液pH值、温度和搅拌时间对木素磺酸盐在煤—水界面吸附性能的影响.结果发现:木素磺酸盐的相对分子质量越高,吸附量越大;一价金属离子木素磺酸盐在煤表面的吸附更为容易,吸附量也较大;pH值、温度、搅拌时间均会影响木素磺酸盐在煤表面的吸附,是制浆中应该着重控制的参数.实验中还以不同相对分子质量木素磺酸盐的吸附为对象研究了其吸附类型,发现其吸附第一平台遵循Langmuir吸附模型,并初步探索了其吸附强度差的原因. In order to understand the influence of surfactants, namely, lignosulfonates, on the preparation property of coal-water slurry, the adsorption performance of lignosulfonates on coal-water interface was investigated by mea-suring the adsorption isotherms, thus revealing the influences of the relative molecular masses of lignosulfonates, the metal cations, the pH and the temperature of coal-water suspension, as well as the stirring time. The results show that the adsorption capacity increases with the increase in the relative molecular mass of lignosulfonate, and that univalent cation is helpful to the improvement of adsorption capacity because it can be more easily adsorbed onto coal-water interface. Moreover, it is indicated that the pH and the temperature of the suspension, as well as the stirring time are important parameters to be controlled in the suspension preparation because they will greatly influence the adsorption of lignosulfonates on coal-water interface. Furthermore, the corresponding adsorption type was researched by the adsorption experiments of lignosulfonates with different relative molecular masses. It is then concluded that the first adsorption level follows the adsorption model of Langmuir. The reason for the weak adsorption intensity in experiments was also preliminarily discussed.
