摘要
为了提供火力发电厂机组大、小修中制定辅机维修项目的技术依据,研究了电站辅机以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)定量分析方法,进行了电站辅机RCM定量分析模型的结构设计,给出三类具有代表性的电站辅机检修单元的RCM定量分析模型建模分析实例。
In order to provide technical basis for working out projects of “accompany repair” in major or temporary repairs of thermal power-generating units, reliability centred maintenance (RCM) quantitative analysis method for auxiliary machines in a power plant has been studied, the structural design of modules for RCM quantitative analysis being carried out, the mutual relationship among various parts of the model for RCM quantitative analysis of auxiliary machines in a power plant being analysed, the design method of functional modules for said model being summarized, and practical example of model establishment analysis for said model concerning three kinds of repairing units for auxiliary machines in a power plant being given.
