韶关电厂200MW机组低真空的原因分析及对策

摘要 对韶关发电厂200MW机组低真空的主要原因进行了分析,并在小修中采取了清洗凝汽器换热管及消除凝汽器缺陷、改进中压缸密封系统等措施,使机组的真空度比检修前提高了9%。 The main causes leading to occurrence of low vacuum on 200 MW unit in Shaoguan Power Plant have been analysed, and measures, such as cleaning condenser tubes, eliminating defects in the condenser, and improving sealing system of the intermediate pressure cylinder etc., being taken in the temporary repair, making the vacuum of said unit to be enhanced 9% than that before the said repair.
