本文借鉴美国项目管理的理论和方法,对高校突发事件的管理内容和管理机制进行了研究,其目的在于对预防或处置高校突发事件的相关内容进行有效管理,正确预防、处置高校突发事件,维护校园的安全和稳定。

In light of the theory and method of project management in US, the authors study the management contents and mechanism for accidents that happen in universities. The purpose of this paper is to show us how manage effectively the prevention and handling of accidents on the campus so as to maintain the safety and stability in universities.
