摘要
人力资源管理正日益成为企业建立竞争优势的重要途经。本文用实证方式对32家国内各类企业的人力资源经理和直线经理进行问卷调查,通过比较分析,探索中国企业人力资源管理的重要性和有效性,以及发展方向。
Human resources (HR) management has become enterprises' important way to get sustainable competitive advantage. This study surveyed HR and line managers from 32 Chinese enterprises by questionnaires. By means of comparative analysis, it studies the importance and effectiveness of human resources management in Chinese enterprises. Moreover, it probes into the future direction of human resources practice in China.
