An Elementary Introduction to Production of Ultra-Pure Iron Oxide

根据国内市场对超高纯氧化铁红的需求及目前国内氧化铁红的生产水平,简要介绍了氧化铁红的生产工艺流程及氧化铁红的精制工艺流程;对氧化铁精制工艺的水洗、压滤、研磨等作一初步的试验分析;并将试验铁红与宝钢高纯铁红、韩国EG-6铁红、日本NKK-SH铁红进行简单的应用对比。

The production technics and refining process flow of iron oxide are introduced on the basis of the demands and domestic production level of ultra-pure iron oxide. A preliminary analysis of the water wash, filter press and grinding, etc. in the refining process flow of iron oxide is done. A simple application comparison of the test iron oxide with the ultra-pure iron oxide produced by Baosteel, EG-6 iron oxide from Korea, and NKK-SH iron oxide from Japan is made.
