对我国零售业进入完全开放时期的思考

Thinking About Our Country’s Retail Trade When Entering into a Completely Open Period

2004年12月11日,中国加入WTO三年的过渡期(保护期)已经结束,我国政府将取消在华外资企业零售经营中的种种限制,中国零售业已进入全面开放时期,在即将跨入中国商业流通领域的“开放元年”(即2005年)之际,对我国零售业的现状、未来,应冷静、客观、认真地进行思考。

On December 11th , 2004,the three-year transitional period( the protection stage) of China joining the WTO has already ended ,our government will cancel various restricts on retail management for enterprises investing in China.. Foreign retails in China have already entered in an overall open period. At the beginning of stepping into the open epoch(namely in 2005) in Chinese business circulation sector, either at the present condition, or in the future of the our country retail trade, we should calm down, and think objectively and earnestly.
