摘要
研究了N,N’二苯基对苯二胺(防老剂H)对端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)/TDI低固体填料含量复合材料性能的影响。优化防老剂H和TDI的加入量,提高了低固体填料含量HTPB/TDI的力学性能。将试验结果应用于高固体填料含量HTPB/TDI复合材料,获得了具有良好力学性能的高固体填料含量的HTPB/TDI复合材料配方。
The effect of antioxidant H (N, N’-diphenyl-p-phenylene diamine) on mechanical properties of low solid content HTPB/TDI material is studied. The optimum content of TDI and antioxidant H used in the low solid content HTPB/TDI material, improve the mechanical properties of the low solid content HTPB/TDI material . A formula of higher mechanical properties of high solid content HTPB/TDI composite material is obtained based on resuilts above the studies.
