摘要
本文研究了不同冷冻方法和不同冷冻保护剂对牛7日和8日龄IVF切割胚胎冷冻效果的影响。试验结果表明:在乙二醇冷冻液中添加一定浓度的透明质酸不能改善胚胎的抗冻能力;用细管法玻璃化冷冻和两步解冻法可显著提高体外受精胚胎的存活和生长。
<Abstrcat>Different cryoprotective methods and cryotor were used to study the influence of day-7 and day-8 biopsied bovine IVF blastocysts. The results showed that there was no improvement to add hyaluronic acid to glycol.The rates of survival and usability of vitrified by straw method and two-step thawing method could be improved significantly.
