摘要
该文对倒相比较器进行了研究,提出了改进的阈值补偿方案,可大大提高其抗电源干扰性能;并通过对电路结构的简化设计研究,进一步减小版图面积和降低功耗,使其能更好地应用于移动通信设备中.研究电路基于CSMC0.6μmCMOS工艺,在Spectre中通过了仿真验证,另结合实际脉冲电路的设计,验证了其可实现性.
This paper studies an inverter-comparator and presents an improved scheme of threshold compensation to reduce the influence of power supply noise. The inverter can greatly simplify the circuit structure and save the layout area, and reduce the power cost. Therefore it can be applied in mobile communications equipment. It has been proved in simulation with Spectre based on CSMC 0.6 μm CMOS technology. This is verified with a 555 timer and a mono-stable trigger.
