摘要
研究了在甲苯溶剂中,超声波、温度和助剂对甲基氢二氯硅烷Wurtz聚合反应的影响.结果表明超声波使该聚合反应在温度60°C条件下即可快速进行;而不使用超声波时,在80°C温度条件下,该反应也不能进行.二乙二醇二甲醚或冠醚络合剂的加入,加快了Si—Cl键的消耗速率,使该聚合反应在温度40°C条件下即可快速进行,有利于该聚合反应的控制.
A Wurtz-type reductive coupling reaction of methyldichlorosilane as a function of ultrasonic radiation, reaction temperature and additives in toluene was studied. Under ultrasonic radiation the disappearance rate of Si—Cl is very fast at 60~°C while the reaction without ultrasonic does not occur at 80~°C . Addition of diglyme or crown ether accelerates the disappearance rate of Si—Cl and makes the polymerization to occur at 40~°C , benefitting the control of the reaction.
