论述了两点电位法测定钙奶中钙含量的新方法。本法只需在滴定终点附近记录2次EGTA标准溶液体积和相应的电极电位值,利用两点法公式计算滴定终点,从而确定钙奶中钙含量。此法简便、灵敏、准确,相对标准偏差为0.16%,加标回收率为99.0%～100.3%,可用于直接测定混浊或有色液体中钙含量。

Have discussed the new method of titration potentiometry of calcium content in mensuration calcium milk. This law need to record twice EGTA standard solution volume and corresponding electrode potential value nearby titration terminal point, calculate titration terminal point using at two o'clock law formula , so determine the calcium content in calcium milk. This law is simple and convenient, sensitive, accurate , relatively standard deviation is 0.16%, add to mark recovery rate is 99.0%～100.8%, can be used to directly survey the calcium content in muddy or colored liquid.
