摘要
通过对商业秘密刑法保护的特点以及各国立法的比较分析,结合中国的实际情况,针对我国立法和司法当中存在的问题提出了一些建议。
The trade secret is one kind of IPR protected by the criminal law. From the analysis of the criminal law for the protection of trade secrets, this essay gives some advice on how to use criminal law to protect trade secrets in the PRC.
