On Independence of Legal Status of China Central Bank

从分析中央银行保持独立法律地位的必要性入手,通过各国和我国关于中央银行相对独立的法律地位之比较,找出我国存在的现实差距和不足,并对健全和完善中国人民银行独立性法律地位的有关立法提出建议。

Based on the necessity of holding independent legal status by the central bank, the paper makes a comparison of the relative independence of the legal status between the central banks of China and some other countries in a bid to find out the gap and defects of our present situation and gives some suggestions to improve and perfect the legislation concerning the independence of the legal status of the People's Bank of China.
