摘要
大学生就业文化,作为文化的重要组成部分,由于涉及大学生、就业和文化三要素,且与时代紧密相关,显现出“新”、“繁”、“急”、“特”四大特征;在经济全球化和科技迅猛发展的推动下,其建设应突出网络化、复合化、人性化、学习化,并按照和谐、匹配、发展的要求进行培育。
The employment issue of university graduates, an important part of culture, involves three elements: university graduates, employment and culture. It is closely linked with the times, and is characterized by the four features of “newness”,”complexity”,”urgency” and rapid technological development.The issue of employment should be addressed with netization, integration, humanization and education-orientedness, and be fostered in accordance with the requirements of harmony, matching-up and development.
