摘要
污水再生回用是对水资源的永续利用,符合循环经济的发展模式,对水资源短缺西北地区的可持续发展和大开发的实施具有重要的战略意义.为此本文分析了目前影响我国城市污水资源化进程的主要制约因素,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面论述了加快西北地区污水再生回用进程的战略措施,并通过案例分析从侧面说明了西北地区发展城市污水资源化是必要可行的.
Wastewater reuse is a kind of recycling use for water resource,that is in line with what is called cycling economics development mode.It plays an important role in sustainable development and exploitation stratagem in northwest region of China.Some major obstacles in wastewater reuse were pointed out.Stratagem measurements to accelerate development of wastewater reuse in northwest region of China were discussed from three layers.Cases analyses also proved that wastewater reuse is necessary and feasible in such region.
