摘要
深亚微米近场飞行头飞行高度测试是近场光存储的关键技术之一。为了能精确测试近场飞高变化,检测系统需要具有很高灵敏度和分辨力,而前级放大电路设计是检测系统设计关键。本文对光电探测器前级放大电路设计、讨论,并进行了实验分析;提出了实用化的电路设计形式以及注意事项。
Ultra Sub-micro Fly-Height measurement plays an important role in technology of Near-field light Storage. In order to make a precise measurement of the Fly-Height, the detection system should have very high sensitivity and resolution. Prime amplification circuit design is the key of a Photo-Detection system. Our discussion focuses on design and experiment of prime amplification circuit. We also indicate the matters, which need attention for practice and application.
